My first job after college was as an IT auditor in 2008 😅

Over the next decade or so, I learned lots about how big businesses shape their people, processes, and tools to make money, save money, or do more with less.

Today, I help much smaller companies thrive with more hands-on support and fewer slide decks.

I'm a father, Korean adoptee, and former CPA (inactive) who grew up and went to school in Fargo.
